Understanding the Issue
Engaging in play is an effective way to assess knowledge and have meaningful discussion about issues that youth might otherwise tune out. Games that promote change are invaluable tools. This game was developed in partnership with St Leonard’s Society, London Ontario branch aimed at transient and transitional youth. Remember to preview this game to ensure that its tone is a good fit for your client, student, or youth group.
Game Strategy
A player answers multiple choice questions from the categories below. This is a single player format.
Categories are:
- Stop Trippin - drugs and alcohol
- Dealing with it - living independently
- What’s the Difference? - stereotypes and labels
- Hook-ups and Hang-ups - intimate and close relationships
- Getting Busy - sex issues
