Mood Tracker Guide
Each month we create a new calendar. Jenna (age 18) and Gina, her counsellor, contacted mindyourmind to let us know how they use our monthly calendar. Jenna prints mindyourmind's calendar and uses it each day to track the changes in her mood and anxiety level. Then she and Gina look at the patterns together. We were excited to hear about how Jenna personalized our calendar! We asked her to create a version for mindyourmind.ca so other website visitors could try this too. We think it's a great way to learn more about yourself.
